Date Line Buffalo,NY Woman Busted Claims Usage For Medical Marijuana

Here's a Test case if I have ever seen one.

WIVB reported today that a women in the greater Buffalo was arrested today for growing marijuana at her home. Apparently a marijuana plant was spotted on her front porch, which lead to her arrest. She told the arresting officers the plant was being used for medicinal purposes.

There has been a lot of debate and support for Medicinal marijuana from the Governor and other state officials.

I hope this is not shoved under the table. Let there be someone to step up for this poor woman and give her the proper legal assistance she needs in her defense. Keep her out of jail. Allow her to the comfort she receives from her herb.

I would love to see this brought into the lime light and bring forward the legalization of Medicinal marijuana

Not exactly a test case, this argument is made everytime someone is busted in non-medical states.

It may be so.

Over the last 3 months there have been two other busts for growing(in the Greater Buffalo area). There were no over tones for medical usage, just the bust.

To me, I was stunned that there was even a mention of medicinal usage in the media. Almost compassionate or as tolerant as corporate allowed them to be.
