meth and heroin ruins live. if youre a user i dont think you should be locked up...but if your cooking meth, or importing heroin, you need to be dealt with.

Don't know. Usually new laws are not "ex post facto". Meaning the old law still applies to all cases finalized before the new law takes effect.

there is no gray area on this all drugs should be legalized for recreational use depending on what the user is looking for or they should all be ileagle.
