Default The Stolen Vote
Now look whos stepping on the Constitution now....

House Forms Special Panel Over Alleged Stolen Vote - washingtonpost.com

<QUOTE>
electronic records on the vote disappeared from the House's voting system and on the House clerk's Web site.
</QUOTE>

Looks like the Democrats got caught trying to subvert a vote. And the funny thing is a couple of them Democrats tried to own up to it.

<QUOTE>
House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (D-Md.) accepted GOP calls for an investigation. "I do not believe there was any wrongdoing by any member of the House. I do believe a mistake was made," he said. "And I regret it."

Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-N.H.), a freshman and relative political neophyte, warned her colleagues that their mothers might be watching.
</QUOTE>

And what did their colleague the Speaker of The House say about it...

<QUOTE>
But Speaker Pelosi brushed Leader Hoyer’s comments aside, saying there was no mistake, and calling the incident something that was just an “inconvenience” for the Republican minority.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) accused Republicans of blatant obstructionism. "They've just been deluged by the success of the Democrats on behalf of the American people," she said.
</QUOTE>
So why would they do this?

<QUOTE>
"Last night sent a clear message to the American people that there are people in this town who are willing to break rules and utilize extraordinary maneuvers just so that illegal immigrants can receive taxpayer-funded benefits," said Rep. Brian P. Bilbray (R-Calif.).
</QUOTE>

All of this because Republicans didn't want to give honest hardworking American tax dollars to illegal immigrants and the Democrats did.

All of this because Republicans didn't want to give honest hardworking American tax dollars to illegal immigrants and the Democrats did.............................Ahh, you make it look so simple. The wicked democrats want to give our tax money away to illegals. If true, then I abhor the principle, but more likely is: the facts won't substantiate this claim. There are some democrats that are for amnesty, but not all. in fact it is the leader of the republican party (Bush) that wants to give them the world, his old school chum, Vincente Fox, says let them in and Bush does the dance.

Really is simple considering

With two of the GOP votes changed, Democrats gaveled the vote shut, 214 to 214, and declared that they had won. But the public tally showed that the Republicans had won, 215 to 213, just as the vote was declared for the Democrats.
</QUOTE>

Now had I missed something, but a 214 to 214 vote equals a tie. How does it equal a Democrat win. When the Republicans were in control, a tie vote meant another vote to break the tie. And a 215 to 213 vote count showing Republicans won doesn't show a Democrat win either. But then again, if it was the other way around you would be screaming to impeach Bush because he is the President you don't like.

I'm sorry Med, but in congress you need a 2/3 majority vote in order to pass any law.
Now I do beleive Bush should be impeached but for different reasons than he stole an election. I have stated my reasons before and will not bore anyone with it now.
