Your point being?

At the time of its founding the United States was a new order. We had done away with the ideals prevalent in Europe that people were valuable because of the status of their birth, instead of their willingness to work hard and get ahead.

Our nation is remarkable, because it directly spawned the phrase, to make money. Only in a country that is free of undue interference, and the injustice rampant in the cast system can such a phrase come into existence.

The usage of Novus Ordo Seclorum does not really have anything to do with the NWO, it referes to the ideals of the United States.

On the other hand, yes, I would say that the NWO is going to be one that is dominated by crooker bankers, tax frauds and lawyers that claim to be Constitutional Lawyers but are anything but.
