Well, If it would eliminate the deficit, I can see no harm. The point is though: where will it be spent? What ever happened to all that lottery money that was supposed to make California solvent? Seems there is just a large black hole where all the tax money goes.

It is greed. Thats where our tax dollars go. How many state employees get paid very well to do next to nothing while education and EMS suffer catastrophic layoffs. It is time that we bring in the Bob's to audit our labor force and help trim the fat.
