The only way to end this is legalization.
The Violence involved with the production-thru-final sale is rediculus.
Big Pharma could produce any hard drug they want.
Cheaper, cleaner and safer then jungle bandits.
Big Pharma would make a nice profit they could put towards cancer research.
They would put the cartels out of busness.

But for some reason Government believes they need to protect us from ourselves.
Seems to me they want to militarize the police.
