The "warrants" are only one point above Junk bond status. Sounds like serious stuff. I guess that means another influx of Idiots from Ca will be moving North to Vegas. They came in the 90s to jack our real estate values into the stratosphere, and now that they've come back to a reasonable price, the speculators have taken a bath, hooray, those greedy bitches got slammed, fuck em.
