This fool is my hero. He has a new plan{The marijuana Control, regulation and education act (AB 390)} to legalize marijuana in California would create a $1 billion tokin' tax and thousands of green jobs. Now that's a stimulus plan! California would become the first state in the nation to legalize marijuana for recreational.
