That is right, I was getting all baked one day and came across this video on youtube about a cat named Joe Bannister. Joe bannister was an agent for the IRS. He came across some evidence that showed there is no law in the tax code stating that americans have to pay tax on thier labor. Only corporate taxes on gains and profits. Well the last time I checked, at least when I still had a job, my boss wasn't paying me for profits I earned, or gains that I earned. I got paid for my labor. WTF! Any way when Joe brought this to the attention of his superiors he wanted some type of answer because he was confused as to what laws he was actually enforcing or if they even existed. They said the only thing they could do was help him get the documentation ready for his resignation. Why do you think there are so many politicians who don't pay income tax, because they know they don't have to. When Timothy Geithner, the treasury secretary was trying to get confirmed he had an issue, he owed back taxes. This was only brought to light to try and make him look bad in our eyes. Now don't get me wrong the guy is a fuckin' leach. But everybody there knew it didn't mean shit. He couldn't just come out and say well neither did you or you or you. That's why his explanation for it was more like the dude asking him was an idiot and he didn't have to explain himself. Because then the cat would be out of the bag. That is exactly how they will keep us down. We paid out 972,000,000,000 in income taxes alone. That money does not go back into our gov't., it goes directly into the Federal Reserve. Which is not, I repeat is not a government agency. We all think it is because of the name, but facts are it isn't. The fFederal Reserve Bank was founded under the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Which turned over the power of making money to a private bank who was controlled by the Bank of London and the Hapsburgs, who later changed thier name to The Rothschilds. They have been financing countries since the mid 1700's. They financed all participants in both world wars. That's right everyone, both sides, both wars and every war since. They call it the Industrial Military Complex. Income taxes did not exist before the Great Depression. During the time of the depression, which was completely fabricated by the way, by these rich banking families, our country needed to react to bounce back from this funk. In came the Federal Reserve and thier plan, "we'll provide the funds necessary for your country and you will pay us back with interest, by creating an income tax. A tax on the earnings of the citizens." This was thier plan all along. Remember we turned over the power to make money to them in 1913, so we didn't have anything to collateralize that debt with. So we had to borrow. We have been indebted to this bank ever since.

Well your labor costs are paid for by capital gains by your employer, so would that not be double taxation because they money was already taxed before? ( Purps got me going deep )

Well in a nut shell you do not legally owe any taxes if derived within US borders.

The 16th amendment which does clearly give authority to the federal govt. to collect all taxes was never ratified correctly.

However, the courts will not address this issue since it is a piece of legislation and out of their perusal powers.

So...it is up to Congress to fix their own mistake. Need I go on? That is NEVER going to happen. So, while technically you do not owe the monies, just try and not pay. The courts will be deaf to your arguments.
