what the fucking idiotic Iraqis need to do is throw the US government out and take over the oil contracts themselves, get along with each other and divvy up the oil revenues in a fair manner, of course they are all too greedy and stupid for that to happen, so they will just get fucked by American Foriegn greed as usual.

At this point, ensure a stable transition of power. Similar to Japan, Germany, South Korea, etc. It sucks to do the right things sometimes, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be done.
