Default Get My savings and lights back from the cops?

Anybody happen to know the procedures for getting my cash and equipment back from my local DA? Drug enforcment came here 4 years ago and took my best crop ever and my lights and my cash! I was never prosicuted and The statute of limitations passed and they wont give it back. So technically I never broke a law but the crooks have taken my stuff! Funny how a plant is related to the government stealing my savings. Thanks

I wouls start over and let it go.
My friend had the same same issue with sd da and after pushing awhile for the return of his stuff.
They told him to leave it alone or they would reavaluate wether or not to charge him.
Best just let the theives keep it.
Legal robbery the gov is going to far. How long before we push back?

on the lights your most likely shit out of luck, the money on the other hand they are legally obligated to prove you obtained the money through illegal means and convict you of that particular crime or else return the money to you. though they are required to give it back doesnt mean that once they decide not to charge you they are gunna send you a check in the mail, most states have forms and stuff you gotta fill out and other kinds of shit. if you were never convicted they do owe you your money back though....

I had to wait the 3 years to see if they were going to endight me. They didn't The past 4 months I've been calling them. i've got more insightful help here in 1 hour than hours of googling
