This is why we need HR 1207 Audit the FED to pass it has around 140 co-sponsors right now. Congress is getting the message about uncontroled spending and "inordenant power" of the FED. We get 218 I think is what it need to pass the congress. Anyone who doesn't support this bill is hiding/protecting the FED or completly, willfully ignorant of FED power.

Greenspan sold out about the same time Reagen did it seems. Greenspan used to be a goldbug then went to run the FED. I don't think A real Hard money person could in good conscience do that. Its not just a policy you can go along with its a way of thinking its a morality issue.

As for anyone replacing Paul. Your going to have a hard time finding someone who has the 30 year record of honesty and integraty these days. I think he could make 8 years as president if elected in 2012 his wife maybe not but RP is in pretty good shape. If Ron Paul died like JFK... Well I bet he would choose his vice president a little more wisely then JFK or Reagen did. And Ron Paul people are, well lets just say a little protective. "They" know fear just like any other man.
