None of those positions matter, the real question is who would I put in each of the 434 other House Seats, and the 100 other Senate Seats.

That list is unfortunately a list that I do not have the ability to fill completely.

Probably Ron Paul for Speaker of the House
Jeb Hensarling can keep his Texas Seat

from there, well there's 433 House Seats to fill and 100 more Senate Seats left.

And then the executive Branch.

i would be the president and responsible for all of my own decisions .
it would be just me and a company of the best marines around me to keep me from being murdered in doing what i must do to restore freedom and prosperity to the companys.
it would look like a banana republic for a short period as most all the congressmen and senators get arrested for treason and executed.the federal reserve would be gone first thing by executive order.
the IRS would be gone with it. government would be scaled back to its constitutional form .no one would be getting free money f rom the tax payer..no matter how much lobbying they done.
the constitution would be the supreme law of the land.
term limits to secure future freedom from corruption . at least hopefully.
the government would supply JUSTICE..something it does not do now.and a fair free playing field to all the players in the game.everyone under the same rules...not one set of rules for politicians and government officials and another set of rules for everyone else.

Well Aside from myself lets see:

Max has a point though 4 years of total dictitorial power may be required. To restore Freedom. This may sound strange. But the whole deck is stacked ageinst the people, we need a new deck. The problem is who do you trust to have that sort of power and give it back after 4 years? I trust me thats about it.

The constitution should be ammended with something like this:

Transparency of Loyalty in Government Amendment: A proposal to keep citizens safe from cultivated treason against The United States of America.

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, foreign power, or secret society, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

The intent of the Amendment is to ensure that no citizen hold any allegiance that would stand in contradiction to the free and open nature of the United States of America.

The interstate commerse clause would be strictly defined and pertain only to financals, banks. Its goal would be to prevent fraud.
Clause 18 would be changed to mean only making laws that pertain to the other clauses not making up new powers.
Legal tender laws would be repealed. The federal reserve would be allowed to die on the vine.
I would forgive all our debts and ask others do the same for us. (they don't have to)
Outlaw the derivitves market (didn't exist 25 years ago I hear)
The army and air force would return to the US and would be reverted back to the national guard, mostly.
I would bring the Navy and Marines home or to permanat bases like Diego Garcia, Otherwise I wouldn't touch them.

The FBI, BATF, DEA and Secret Sevice would be downsized and rolled into the Federal Marshal Service. Federal Law enforcement would be only interstate crime kidnapping and bank robbery a few other things. It would also provide support to local law enforcement (think mobile crime labs, for podunk shariffs that can't afford a real crime lab)
Border patrol would be limited to the border and areas about 5 miles from it or ports. Not 100 miles from the border/coast. Its one thing to try to prevent illegal imegration its anouther to uses imegration as a means of instituting martial law.

I would also repeal the supreme court ruling that allows companys to patent nature. and put a 10 year moritotium on further genetic engineering of plants/animals until the ecological impact has been fully understood.

Return to the Constitution

and then Abolish the Supreme Court

The United States has been in a Civil War since its inception, it's just a bloodless cold Civil War characterized by two factions. One that understands the creators' vision was that of a Republic where people were generally held responsible for their own actions, and another faction that does not understand what the creators' vision was, and is thus continuously coming up with new myths addressing what they think the creators' vision was.
