ok so i was cruising another political forum and they were saying that Obama has signed on the UN's agenda 21 and implication is suposed to begin in spring 2012.
The UN website also said it goes into effect 2012 but didn't say much else about "how". But even the UN website states that under agenda 21 the earth should have a sustainable population of 500 million worldwide. also they released this map of designated "human areas" and "natural areas off limits to human developement"

I think they were just stating facts. If the world wants long term survivability for the human race, it needs to cut the population to around a billion. That means that 5.5 billion have to go. What better way then a massive disease. Does the bird flu ring any bells? Donald Rumsfeld has enough serum to save all his repuke friends and their friends, probably around a billion. Damn, I know I'm not on the list. But what the hell, I think I'd rather pass on than stick around and do body duty, getting rid of all the decomposing corpses, although they'd probably make good organic fertilizer, or soylent green.
