So if they weren't following state laws why didn't the local pd handle it! I thought the dea resources were to be used to fight crime. I sure hope the state steps up and protects the taxpayers since it's their money too the feds are affecting.

can state officials 'use' state property rights against the feds?
ie. streets and sidewalks are state property therefore a federal warrant can't be served without trespassing.
(warrants could only be served by pigeons or spiderman)

They claim the dispensary "broke" federal and state laws, but they weren't specific. It was as vague as it could be.

I'm calling bullshit on the DEA. It would seem that harrassing people and stealing their stuff is an addiction in itself.
