Actually, if they did know and signed off, fuck them, they need to go. And, if Geithner knew two days before he told the president and during that two day period the bill went into being and the bonuses were paid, Geithner needs to go. How can an ex wall street Guru rule on wall street, does anyone see the conflict? I'd be real surprised if Obama doesn't take some action against Geithner.

i havnt got a clue how anyone could think all the politicians in washington violating the constitution can be a good thing? when they pass a law regarding a certain section of citizens .THEY CAN DO THE SAME THING TO YOU AND YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
the constitution states congress cannot pass any ex post facto laws. that means making laws up as they go along to punish somone for something that was done in the past by making a new law today.it is tyranical .
the constitution states the federal government shall NOT lay direct tax upon a individual citizen.unless it is in enumeration of the census.
then we have the issue of the government breaking contractual law.
incase you dont understand contractual law is one of the linch pins to this countrys economic foundations.that and patent law.
