HCR 6 – AS INTRODUCED

Quote:

That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:

I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.

II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.

V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.

VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and

That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; and

That copies of this resolution be transmitted by the house clerk to the President of the United States, each member of the United States Congress, and the presiding officers of each State’s legislature.

I called the New Hampshire Legislative Committee and this is legitimate. If you feel that our federal government has gotten "too big for it's britches" (as my grandmother used to say), then it's important that you contact your own State government, give them a copy of this piece of legislation and tell them you'd like to see something like this in your state's legislation.

So, I decided to contact the Clerk of the House in New Hampshire and find out what happened... and here it is. The Bill was killed because it was "Inexpedient to Legislate", or in other terms, the majority of New Hampshire's State Legislators don't have courage, or an independent will.

HCR 6 came to the House floor for action last Wednesday, March 4th. The majority of the committee reporting the bill recommended Inexpedient to Legislate. The House adopted that motion on a roll call vote of 216 - 150, and therefore the bill was killed. A motion to reconsider that vote later in the day failed on a roll call vote of 104-212.

there have already been several court decisions that indicate ANY LAW THAT VIOLATES THE CONSTITUTION IS NULL AND VOID.
THEY WILL HOWEVER THROW YOUR ASS IN JAIL FOR NOT DOING WHAT THEY SAY.they as in the powers of the government to include their stupid ignorant law enforcement officers who blindly obey their masters.
the police are the enemy,the government is the enemy,and socialists are the enemy.
and without a doubt last but not least .the news media.owned by large corporations are to blame for not doing their constitutional duty to inform the public as to the truth.the news media without a doubt is the MAJOR enemy.
the crooks could not accomplish anything without the brainwashing communist media.

Thanks TBT, I actually Emailed this to the Governator of Nv. Doubt I'll get any response, afterall he is a repuke,~LOL~.

Whaaattt, are you being funny. I gave up on old Harry a few years back. You know, I went to High school with the Idiot, He hasn't changed much, still the same old harry. He lived on the corner of my street once, way before I moved here. When he went along with Bush and the war, I said fuck him. The governator of Nv was almost convicted of rape a few months before the election and he still got elected, Jim Gibbons is a real asshole. Nv. is a really corrupt state, New Jersey has nothjing on us nor does Chicago.

There's been a libertarian movement for taking over NH for a long time now ... like many years. The idea was, get as many people to move to NH, then take over local and state government though the voting process.
