This football teams offense is in trouble.
Some of our past Strengths are now our biggest weakness. We do have a draft and free agency to help address our issues. The problem we face is keeping it under the cap. We drafted a qb in last yrs draft so we move forward and build around.

My moves as GM/ head coach:
I use the free agency to address The O-line(manufacturing/american sovernty)
I'd go to the draft and look for play makers in the skills position(Technology: from green to stem cell)

I understand the team doesn't have the financial means allowed to address all issues now. As GM I can only do so much in a period of time. So my choices have got to be robust or it could set the team back even more so.

With a rebuilt O-line, a play maker, a few guys who step up, this teams future already looks brighter while still within cap margins. With a few more pieces added over time, I have no doubt it can be a contender.
