Actually Bush and Putin met a couple days ago to discuss it. The US wants to put an international missile defense system somewhere in eastern Europe to stave off possible attacks from Iran. Russia is trippin out because they say that it could be used as an offensive weapon against them. So now they have met and decided that Russia will play a part in the developement of it. Personally I think it's all bullshit and that theres a bigger picture here.
