The great irony here is that this situation involves actual media censorship, not an unsubstantiated complaint so often heard amongst Republicans who are unwilling to publicly address their ethical/moral failures and shortcomings. And the kicker is the censorship comes from a self proclaimed socialist government. Meanwhile Republicans here in the USA continue to insist Obama takes us towards socialism yet they whine relentlessly about media that is allowed to cover republicans in an unfavorable light. WTF?

OK were you trying to point out she had opinions which she stated she did not allow them to bias her work or was this another accurate assessment of Bush Cheney by a person with a lifetime of experience and involvement with covering US presidents? I would say her take on Bush/Cheney was spot-on. I suppose Republicans would like to see her ilk censured as is currently the vogue in China.

No, we're pointing out that for years, decades we have been claiming a bias. And reporters say "we're not liberal." And here's the Dean of the White House Press Corp. The mascot for the Old Grey Lady incarnate! And she lets loose that she is a liberal, and further extols how can a reporter NOT be a liberal! So, we've seemingly caught them trying to have it both ways........We're not liberal, and we're objective. "how can you not be liberal"? HELL, MAN! THAT STATEMENT ALONE PROVES HER BIAS! Because everything else is false (is the implication), and therefore untrue. So, to her that alone proves how unbiased she is! Because.........she has all this experience, she has seen everything. And she has concluded that liberalism is right and truth. Therefore, everything else is wrong, and must be exposed as such. To her, that is unbiased. Truth is liberalism! Jesus! Hell man, she even quips "she's been a liberal ALL her life" - That's really open-minded. To be wedded to a single ideology her whole life. Who says the left doesn't have a religion?

First of all - she says - "he came in with the whole idea of war" WTF?! yeah, I remember those war campaign speeches in 2000! ok helen. then listen to her discuss his "conservative" views...........as if anybody could actually believe that outdated trash - she's practically offended by them.

The Mainstream media IS biased ... there is no doubt about that. If one doesn't believe it, then one didn't watch CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC during this last election cycle. This is why these station's viewership is waning, and why conservative talk radio is flourishing. The Fox News Channel presents a much more balanced view on current topics and the news ... and that's why it is taking viewership away from the once all-powerful main channels.

By the way, in case you've been missing it, Glenn Beck is now on the Fox channel. Its in the afternoon, around 2pm, so tape it if you must. Its a teriffic program. He had Ron Paul on as a guest yesterday.
