I totally agree but I don't think its going to happen. Thats ok, the universe will take care of it.

Even though I agree that Bush should be prosecuted, can America really financially afford that right now? I think we need to look to solutions for getting us out of this giant hole we are in first.

With all the foreclosures and cheap real estate here, what's to stop other countries from literally buying us out?

It's usually much easier to prosecute a President who loses a war, not wins one.

Picture this political hypothesis, after months of bed wetting and Senatorial tirades against the previous admin, reputations are dragged through the mud....the papers are gleeful, and a terrorist attack occurs on US soil. Wanna know what the headlines will say after that scenario?


Yes, it's going to be sunshine and smooth sailing now....

If Congress gets bogged down in putting the last admin on trial.....Obama doesn't have a prayer at being a good President. He knows this....the question is ... does Congress really care about Obama?

We just can't afford to blow the money on a trial and the peoples attention needs to be turned toward the real problems rather than watching a dog and pony show.

As for "other" nations...... the ones that get us and our values are already on board. Most of those not on board will never be.

One of the reasons Prof. Turley is not running things...... it takes balls of steel to be President who does not submit to poll pressure, but stays the course under withering fire.... does the right thing, even if it is not popular at home or abroad. Sometimes kids don't like to take their medicine.

Lincoln, Truman, Kennedy, Reagan, Bush jr., just to name a few....

CJ, you're wasting your breath. GrowRebel doesn't care what rational people think, but only what he thinks in his weird alternate universe where Bush wasn't elected Constitutionally (which he was) or that Congress supported his decision to use force against Iraq (which is effectively a declaration of war.)

While I can agree that the war was not something that we should have been involved in, I can not agree that Bush is a War Criminal...

Though that does make for an interesting question.
