It is time !
We all need to concentrate on our local "leaders" start in your town tell the "officials" to make cannabis a LOW PRIORITY , like somewhere below looking for lost cats. If we can't get our locals to back off , how will we ever get the FED to?

Nope, I prefer to keep a low profile. I'll harass them about issues of individual freedoms, which BTW would include cannabis possession and growth, But I'll not label myself a pot smoker, (I actually don't smoke, but believe it should be de-criminalized) for the local yokels to arrest me on. In this day and age, the police do not need any evidence to do search and seizure, Bush and his cronies took care of that.

Outside of physical protests, the only recourse is to write your representatives and let them know what you think. I think this is ineffective, as they never seem to do what I want. Outside of electing Obama (Yet to be seen what effect that will have), nothing has gone my way in government in years. I haven't done physical protests since the 60s
