I guess you either missed the truth about Acorn or chose to ignore it. Acorn was/is an organizing group that was put together to get out the vote. It was not exactly party specific, granted they did operate in the lower class neighborhoods more than beverly hills, but it wasn't ever intended to keep anyone from voting. What happened that drove the right insane was that a few greedy assholes turned in names that weren't legit, (They got payed per name turned in) then the committe could not remove their names untill the voter registrar looked at them and that is when the shit hit the fan and the righties went berserk. All those names were thrown out anyway, so it was just a huge propaganda fest by the righties like that idiot Limbaugh and Levin. There was never any case of those people voting anyway as they didn't exist. I'm pretty sure no-one showed up at the polling place with an ID that said Mickey Mouse.
