i havent followed this thread at all but i know that this issue is definitely gonna get heated up in a hurry now with the nuclear announcement on feb 11th for those that missed it.

also isreal announcing they dont have the bombs to penetrate it, us embargos, china, russia etc.

if you do end up closing it, we can always reserve the right to open iran update II...

Yep I heard it Jax, they are being backed into a corner. You know well the rules of War: Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak.

Still a moot point 20% enriched Uranium is just not bomb making material.

Obviously Iran is running scared, indicated by the way Ahmadinejad issued the message. I mean, he's saying "we could make nuclear weapon-- but we just don't want to." It's like an elementary school yard taunt. However, I'm also pretty sure that this is not an idle boast.

Here is the Ahmadinejad quote:
'When we say we do not manufacture the bomb, we mean it, and we do not believe in manufacturing a bomb,' he told the crowd. 'If we wanted to manufacture a bomb we would announce it.'

We should also take into account that Ahmadinejad has a loose hold on power and at this point Iran is on the verge of a violent revolution.
