That's very complicated.

Here's the condensed version:

not to mention how lousy the youth are. Can't find decent workers anywhere anymore.

Half of these nit-wits can't even work at a coffee shop competently.

I'm sure that has some blame.

Honestly... everything that's going on with our economy is working out in my favor... I couldn't be more pleased. People are selling their homes off cheap, and people like me are getting in them!

Yeah, blame it on Bush, he deserves it whether it was his fault or not. He's fucked up everything he ever touched, from college on. Now as to the fucked up youth, I doubt they are any more fucked up than we were as kids, they just have a lot harder time of it, no fucking jobs anywhere. My son-in-law had about 10 interviews before he could get a lousy fast food job. There are no fucking jobs, that is the #1 crises in America. When I was a kid, you could find jobs everywhere, just go out and walk down the street knocking on doors. Eventually you'd come accross someone that would hire you on the spot, tell you to report to work the next day, no interviews, no Bull.

^The truth is spoken...I couldn't get a job all summer & finally had to settle for going back to delivering pizzas. It's better than nothing. My father lost his job over the summer & is having a difficult time finding work. It's really gotten bad out there & I swear that I hear about at least one company cutting jobs every single day.

there's no jobs because former U.S. president dumbass thought there were things of higher priority.. that being the middle easy. think of the billions spent on killing and killing machines. those billions could have been spent creating jobs and expanding the economic sectors to reduce foreign spending.

This "visual guide" blames it all on housing. i think that is only a minor factor.

Just like the 80's recession we have an energy crisis. Cost of living is skyrocketing while workers are being paid the same or being laid off.
The other main factor (in my eyes) is all the foreign spending. Nothing is made in the good ol' USA anymore, and the stuff that is is ridiculously expensive so the avergae Joe doesnt even buy it. we are choosing to give jobs to people who "are allowed" to be paid less. So not only is this taking jobs away from Americans but we are giving our money to another country.

Just my .02$

Spot-on, chuckbane! Spot-on!

Your point made me think of how I have to constantly explain why illegal immigrants are bad ju-ju for our economy.

People just don't get the fact that most of these people are earning in the US and sending 60%+ back home to whatever country they came from. So it's a double whammy. Non-citizens taking jobs and then sending their money out of the country to their families.

Now I'm not saying I don't understand their (the immigrants) strife, but let's be real.
