Impeach Bush Before He Pardons Himself

According to Seymour Hersh there is a conga line of insiders waiting
until January 20th to spill the beans on the gross criminality of the
Bush/Cheney administration. Waiting . . . because if they did it now
the two of them would be tarred and feathered on the way out the
door.

But we the people do not have to wait. We can and must demand the
immediate impeachment of both Bush and Cheney for what is already
known. At the very least the defiance of congressional subpoenas at
the behest of the White House is an open and shut case for
accountability now.

Because as his final constitutional insult, his final spit in the
face to the American people and all rule of law, it is transparently
obvious that Bush is planning the most wholesale and wrongful pardon
of the worst political criminals in American history, his whole
criminal gang, INCLUDING himself.

let's not spend taxpayer money impeaching a lame duck president. we have more pressing matters. but yeah, he sucks.

While Bush isn't that smart, his cabinet was, and he prolly had 'things in place' to protect him long before he even did the things he did. I have been part of organizations that have tried and tried to get some legal action done, but the one's behind Bush's schemes and the one's protecting him now are far more, erhm, influential than we are.

THe government stopped being the govt of the people LONG time ago, the recent outcry to NOT have the govt bail out Wall Street from its citizens, even while acknowledging that it was not wanted by the American people, they did it anyway, cuz after all, they DO know what is best for us, better than we do, no?

That's the thinking that allows for that shit to happen. either way you pay. Look at it in the long term. When/Where do you want to pay? Pay for one impeachment and let the next presidents know they are being held accountable. Or save that money and Pay later into bailouts and illegal wars etc. and on and on from one pres to the next.

I would sooner pay $10.000 for a car that I know is in good working condition than $5.000 for one that I know will need $5.000 in repairs just not sure when/where. It's all the same but with buying the $10.000 car upfront I will be alot less likely to be left on the side of the road.
