THE IRS HAS GUNS, and GUNS = FORCE = POWER = ability to make people do what they don't want.

What we need is to get the Congress to abolish the IRS and the Income Tax, and propose an amendment that will repeal the 16th Amendment so the spectral horror of an income tax can not be raised in this country.

The IRS has something much more powerful than guns. They have the banking system.
In fear of the IRS themselves, they will roll you over faster than gymnast at a porn convention.
The only way to not pay income tax is to live a completely cash "pay as you go" lifestyle. Quite difficult. The more money is tracked and digitized (ATM machines, & the money itself), the more difficult it will be to stay with cash. This is intentional.
So technically you are correct, but the odds are stacked against you. All I can say is IF they ever come after you, use ALL your focus to stay out of TAX court. If they get you in there, you are cooked. It's rigged in the favor of the IRS.

The internal revenue code is law. It was passed by Congress. It does not come from the IRS. The IRS writes regulations that help implement the Code, but the code itself was passed by congress. Under the constitution, if a bill is passed by both houses of congress and signed by the President, it is the law. That's what happened with the internal revenue code, so the code is the law.

According to Grow Tech, he has said you don't have to pay taxes at all!!! When I asked how the only response I got was 'read about it' So who knows....in the meantime I pay my taxes....something about jail just doesn't seem that appealing to me.

Taxes were invented to further shaft the working poor. Only the wealthy can afford to hide their money in tax shleters. The rest of us are just screwed by the IRS.

I've heard this somewhere before... but I'm not willing to find out the hard way whether its true or not. Are you?
