This is what "ambulance chasers" and bill collectors do. Bombard people with Requests for admit, until they stop responding to them. Requests for admission hold little legal power. It's akin to saying someone agreed to a contract because they ignored it.

Actually not responding to a lawsuit when filed properly, and when you are served isn't really an intelligent thing to do. Besides, with $425 million in donated money, I hardly see why Obama would have that much of a problem spending $10 to get a certified copy from Hawaii and dispatch a lawyer to represent him with that document to the court.

Hardly a lot of difficulty.

Especially with the amount of money that he's gathered for his campaign.

i think the guy is a plant from the repubs, cause now what do you do? you gonna put hillery back in? do you get to postpone the election? does this let the repubs take it down, cause how bad do the dems look if this implodes at this late date. it looks like obama cant produce these items or he would have done so by now.

That may be a possibility, but if the DNC or Obama was served with the lawsuit then how hard would it have been for them to respond?

It was filed August 21st, so they were probably served, what by September 1st, maybe the 8th at the latest?

Plenty of time to respond and put the allegations to rest.
