you know he is juicing right? although he prob on testosterone therapy, he is def taking more than the recommended dose. I have read that testosterone injections can be very beneficial for old timers. but that dude is upping the dosage for sure. I'm not saying that he dosen't workout hard or have good nutrition, but he does have more help

Yeah Vi, I hit it a couple a times a week, I'm holdin steady, but I'll never look like that guy again. Maybe when they throw us into the concentration camps I'll, slim down like that. I used to have a good body, not that unlike him, actually my Biceps were a little larger, but that truck driving job pretty much took care of that. I've never really been a gym rat, it always appears to be work to me. I know guys that wouldn't miss a day at the gym for anything, Me I have to actually psych myself up to go. My wife has started, so now we force each other to go, I'll admit, when I'm through with my workout and steambath, I feel much better. It's all about the genes, well that and self discipline, but the genes help a lot.
