Credit Ideas and Standards; Turning the Bureaucracy and Operation of Entity, i.e. Government and/or Business into an Empirical Science.

1. The amount of personal debt or the lack thereof should have more to do with credit score balance and competence to understand and balance a budget; course included, if not proof of already completed.

2. Civil credit incentives should play a role in reducing penalty measure of various circumstances, such as credit management courses to help one improve/reduce credit score; credit for charity services to help reduce prison sentencing, less than murder.

3. New credit distribution should be based on current debt less than $10,000. Budget management and business and vision planning courses. College credits could serve as a greater incentive to receive credit for people under the age of 25 years.

4. Greater scrutiny and penalties of credit lending discriminations due to zip code or other affirmative action / equal rights based discriminations.

College credits and/or hours worked can also serve as an incentive to lend credit coupled with competence course.

Business plan/vision coupled with financial management course can be discretion over collateral and the likes through an appeal process with council or special board clearance. Lenders might want to serve as a more constructive resource to (new) business loanee clients. Empiricalness (science) of entity, i.e. government bureaucracy and/ or business plans/visions are superior, as in transparent, principle and well coordinated self dependency, even over collateral.

7. Thus, scientific measured standards are priorities; courses should be offered to potential clients to help meet understandable “ ‘Entity / Business Science’ Principle”.

In summary, consistent with the Preamble / Virtue, you want to develop the laws and policies of the entity, i.e. government bureaucracy or business therein into an empirical science operation, particularly the model of the “single cells theory of animals and plants unto the grand organism that is the human anatomy and/or the fruit blossoming tree; this evolution should not only illuminate the validity of the Preamble, but it should also develop infallible commonality of spirit of various religions.
