If You could participate in a National Energy Plan that could be 30% to 70% implemented by the year 2020 how would you summarize it or outline it:

Another thing I would do,, in additoin to Nationalizing Domestic Oil Refineries for a Period of Time is:

As through the revelation that I received in conjunction with a McCain advisor and the current 700 billion dollar (sub)Economic Liquidity proposal; I believe it would be very constructive both budget and environmentally and job creation to create a loaning program that would benefit the consumer in as much as to provide $5,000 to $35,000 loans for every day citizens to purchase independent energy generators, such as solar panels and if permitted wind turbines for their homes and places of business. Such an energy proposal is consistent with the now "2020 Energy Plan" goals or aspirations.

I pose the question how soon can the government return a profit and savings from such a program? This is an idea of the principle, as in immediate and far reaching national agenda visionary that is need in devising 3 and 5 and 7 and 10 and 12 and 15 year projected budgeting plans, which is another needed idea: "Real Fiscal Budget Forecasting".

I would want to see people converting to solar/wind home hybrid power. I would like to do that, but I imagine it would be met with resistance from my "city leaders" . They wouldn't like the way it looked, or wind turbines would be too noisy, or it isn't fair to make neighbors trim back trees for it, etc. etc.

Imagine if you could catch all your power from the wind and sun. You could get rid of natural gas, you could invest in electric cars, hell you could save up for one turbine to just power your grow.

We need to get off oil, but not by replacing it with another non-renewable resource.

1. Reform bureaucracy to make the process less complicated, as in more consistent, as in more and more efficient. This in turn should create a faster system and reduce cost and margin of error otherwise with paper work and customer service.

2. Gradually eliminate pharmaceuticals over a 10 to 20 year period and increase nutritional food supplements in its substitute. Reallocate federal funding to the same capacity for research of food and there nutrients and less on pharmaceuticals.

3. Open up referral accessibility.

• Provide more grants for the development of new and more efficient technologies to be implemented within the hospitals and/or clinics.

5. Organize a credible website and parperback healthcare public directory that doctors and patients alike can access to find information on all health concerns from physilogical to mental, etc. That way permitting the pateint to develop their own conslusions and thus seek cures and/or treatment on their on accord.


Thus, efficiently reducing healthcare cost over the next 25 years by a goal of 35% to 55% or more, improving self sufficiency among citizens significantly.

Permitting free healthcare and potentially food stamps to the estimated 40 million uninsured, if they choose to utilize it by the steps provided above and increasing farm crop diversification and production in the U.S. and internationally.
