Yup, Mrs. Moneybags McCain was wearing $280,000 worth in earrings alone while her husband ran off a list of the blue collar folks he supposedly represents. Turns out most rappers are a bit more modest than the potential first lady (John's second).

So what? Cindy has her own money... she comes from money. Cindy also contributes a lot to charitable organizations and foundations. I donate money every year to charities.... but I will never come even minutely close to the amount of money Cindy gives away.

According to the article 97% of the price tag was in jewelry. So what... celebrities EASILY wear outfits equal in price when they go to award shows to pat themselves on the back. Cindy's husband is running for the highest office in the Country. The taxpayers aren't paying for the outfit... SHE is.....so why begrudge her spending HER money as she likes?

BTW... I'm not a McCain (or Obama) supporter so this isn't a pro McCain post.... it just seems to me this is scraping the bottom of the "something to complain about" barrel.

Cindy is an amazing woman, she has done so much to help those who "fell out of the wrong vagina". She started many programs and charities in our nation and others, she adopted kids from other countries. what have you done johnny? If you had a bunch of money I wouldn't be shocked if you counted it every day.

Cindy McCain supports a man that killed 134 sailors and burned countless more on the USS Forestall by hotdogging his F-4 fantom fighter on a wet start. Yes it was John McCains fault that fire on the Forestall. His father the Admiral, tried to cover it up, but survivors tell a different story. In fact they immediately choppered him off the forestall before the crew linched him.

McCain's scandals have barely been mentioned by the media. How many people know about the Keating Five episode(embezzlement from a Savings & Loan in the 1980s)?

But the strangest omission is the USS Forestal fire and it's potential cover-up.

In 1967 the USS Forestal (an aircraft carrier) was carrying out operations against North Vietnam from the Gulf of Tonkin. A rocket on the wing of an F4 Phantom ignited and hit the fuel tank of another aircraft causing a fire in which several 1000lb bombs exploded.

The allegation against McCain is that he deliberately "wet started" his A4 Skyhawk - allowing fuel to pool in the engine so a flame would shoot from the tail. It was one of the ways young hot-shots got their jollies.

The flame set-off the rocket and caused the explosions.

McCain's father was in command of US Naval operations in the area. The allegation is that he covered-up his son's culpability. What is true is that McCain junior (and only McCain junior) was sent to Subic Bay pronto, before speaking to investigators. He later submitted an account to
the board of enquiry - after he had had plenty of time to put together a plausible story.

BTW a few weeks earlier Admiral McCain was also involved in covering-up the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty!

The Forestall board of enquiry postulated (without much evidence) that an electrical surge had caused the rocket to fire - many people in the Navy Department were sceptical.

None of this has been mentioned in any mainstream media, although every allegation against Obama has - no matter how absurd or trivial.

And we are not just talking about the deaths of 134 men, but the taking-out of commission of a major naval asset in the middle of a war.
