It's amazing how many people there are in this country that are terrified of nuance. Look at the recent Rick Warren religious forum. McCain was vague, rehearsed, yet brief with his answers. Obama was thoughtful, nuanced and spoke conversationally with Rick Warren. McCain gave his stump speeches at every turn and he was largely viewed as the victor. It's like people are afraid to use their brains, so they get people like Hannity, Limbaugh and Faux News to tell them what to think.

I'm not a stoner either. I smoke pot about three times a week and only in the evenings. Well, sometimes I'll smoke during the day if its my day off. But I never smoke pot alone. Sometimes I'll make an exception and smoke pot on a Monday during the day when I'm alone, but never on Tuesday. Wednesday's ... yeah, sometimes ... Fridays are good too. Let's see, did I smoke last Friday during the day or was that in the evening? Was I alone at the time, or with friends? Damned if I can remember.
