I heard putin wants to sit down with whoever is running the US and broker a peace deal.. Who would that be?

Its not up to the USA, to broker a peace deal, unless UKRAINE WANTS IT. Punkin, needs to talk directly with Zelensky, and the Ukranian People.
Bottom line is Punkin, ILLEGALLY invaded Ukraine in 2014, and did it again, 2 years ago.

Hes a murdering thug/KGB Agent.
Once KGB, ALWAYS KGB.

Didn't they already try that and the CIA nixed it?

After the report, my light hearted non emotional take, is it seems the more significant revelation are the 300ish number of classified documents Biden knowingly withheld/kept. Which oddly enough matches the numbers Trump kept.

I remember reading in Biden’s case (it was only a few documents ”inadvertently retained” - news articles) vs Trump’s (I’m keeping these 300 documents screw you guys I spray tan and do what I want: this is treason - news articles)

It appears they both in fact do what they want. It’s the perfect point the finger four are pointing back at you scenario.

Yet today’s headlines focus attention around the discussion of his possible mental decline instead. Which is kind of a low blow and less likely an issue

I find this whole section fascinating by the way. So many visceral responses. Very partisan. Very entertaining.

Thing is.

Biden self reported the documents. Let the authorities have complete, and 100% access to ALL of his properties, and didnt Obstruct the Investigation at all.
Sat down for 2x 2.5 hours interviews.

He didnt lie about having the documents. He didnt get caught lying about having said documents. Biden didnt get caught, trying to have a couple of his employees destroy the video tapes, of them moving boxes.

And not only that. He LIED TO HIS ATTORNEYS, AND THEY SIGNED AFFIDAVITS STATING ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE GIVEN BACK. SWORE ON IT. WHEN IN FACT, THERE WERE MORE DOCUMENTS....

NOW THEY ARE IN DEEP SHIT.

If tRump, would have given the, NATIONAL ARCHIVES, the documents, when they asked for them, he wouldnt be in this predicament.

Whats it called when you lie to the cops, about an investigation??? And then get caught lying?????

ANSWER- OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

By Obstructing Justice?????

YOU ARE SHOWING CRIMINAL INTENT. PLAIN, AND SIMPLE.

And lying to your attorneys, and having them swear out, a sworn statement, to the judge, stating all the documents, have been turned over, when they havent, is even more fuel to the fire, for proving criminal intent.

From Hur's report:

Historically, after leaving office, many former presidents and vice presidents have knowingly taken home sensitive materials related to national security from their administrations without being charged with crimes. This historical record is important context for judging whether and why to charge a former vice president and former president, as Mr. Biden would be when susceptible to prosecution-for similar actions taken by several of his predecessors.

With one exception, there is no record of the Department of Justice prosecuting a former president or vice president for mishandling classified documents from his own administration. The exception is former President Trump. It is not our role to assess the criminal charges pending against Mr. Trump, but several material distinctions between Mr. Trump's case and Mr. Biden's are clear. Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts.

Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Eiden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation.

So how exactly do you figure it's "the perfect point the finger four pointing back at you"?

He kept more than his lawyers disclosed and it’s just funny how polished the response all was last year. He pointed at Trump - Trump pointed at Biden - but both of them kept classified documents in a supposedly improper manner.

from the report

“The special counsel said Mr. Biden's conduct "present[ed] serious risks to national security, given the vulnerability of extraordinarily sensitive information to loss or compromise to America's adversaries…But addressing those risks when pursuing criminal charges, the only means available to this office, is not the proper remedy here."

Best economy the US has had in 10 years. Finally some federal legislation that is bringing us in line with our Paris Aggrement pledges, that also take real steps towards energy independence. Lower cost of medications. Return of manufacturing to keep up with the next generation market place. Practical attempts at boarder security.
Based on these accomplishments and ambitions what about his job proformance would suggest he is unfit for office?
Well said VA Smile, more importantly he isn't a fascist?

It has not been established that Biden is suffering from cognitive decline or impairment. His actions as President suggest he isn’t.

It is distressing how many point to his aphasia as evidence. His tripping up on words or labels does not correlate with any loss of acuity.

If you have any compelling instances (reported in the nonpartisan text press) of Biden showing a cognitive impairment of consequence, do share.
The "special council" had nothing on him,so to placate the drooling MAGA's,he had to throw some jabs at Biden,if it was closer to DDay in Nov. it would reek of the Comey situation.I'd like to see a dem. influenced "special council" sit Agent Orange down for hours over 2 days w/ all the shit Biden is dealing with and see what a slanted narrative that could be written in that regard.Ukraine,Israel,Red Sea and a non functional Congress at 81 yrs. old and asked about a couple of documents from 10+ yrs. ago what kind of mumblin, stumblin, mumbo, jumbo would come out of Trump's mouth under those circumstances,I'm guessing 2 words "witch hunt",his favorite quote, you'd think he was born in Salem.

I am not trying to offend anyone, but it appears that the American people are easlily distracted, and if youtell them things two or three times they just believe it?Maybe it is time for an I.Q. test to be qualified to vote, just a thought?Maybe you should have to take a drivers test after 70,just seems to be a good idea!Just saying.I will be 71 in March and I think thats a sound plan. Please take no offense, somethings need to change.

Saying you don't believe Biden has cognitive issues as a choice should NOT be a choice as it already says he's fit and skews the results from being a Y/N answer.
Just saying.....

Having a third choice skews the FACTS of percentage.
So what's the point then, is it just a thread to stir things further??

I added the third option because no one was voting and it seemed like no one believed or wanted to admit he is suffering from some type of age related mental decline.

Maybe Trump simply forgot about all this and isn't lying?

“I cooperated far more” than Joe Biden in the classified documents investigations.

"I did nothing wrong, and I cooperated far more," Trump wrote in a Feb. 8 statement.

It will be up to a jury to decide whether Trump did "nothing wrong." But his statement that he cooperated far more than Biden is absurd.

Robert Hur, the special counsel who investigated Biden, summarized Trump’s lack of cooperation in a report about Biden’s case.

"Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite," Hur wrote. "According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."
