Grow light height with a mover ....

I was thinking 79 was really low as well. Around 95 (inside), and your plants are using all their energy to stay cool. Above 85 (again, inside), and their performance starts to suffer.

Outside, where there is a massive amount of circulation, they can handle temps above 100!
Awesome! That must mean HID lights are never a problem!

79f is only 26c. Any research link for that claim that applies to cannabis.?
I know maize has an optimum tempt of 30-40c (http://plantsinaction.science.uq.edu.au/content/1471-plant-response-high-temperature)
Is this more support for the HID crowd? Or just joining your troll buddies to muddy the HID/LED discussion? I already responded to your reply on the other forum... no need to trolling...

What if supercharging the grow room w/ CO2? still cap @ 85f or does it shift up a bit? Finally got my chiller running, so restarting my co2 tank exchanges is prolly next...

HID lights are never a problem in a grow room.

They can be in a grow tent, or grow box.....

Thats about the easiest way to explain it... and the uses for each, cost-saving vs. intensity, again are more about there use location, not how good they are.

Me... I want trees, I want 8-12' ceilings in full room, with HID lights blindingly bright... My wife wants me to have a tent, with some LEDs in it...but she dont know shit about growing, and dont smoke weed.

No, I meant Super Lemon Haze (kind of why I said it) of which Super Silver Haze is one of it's parents... I've never grown Super Silver Haze but I've been growing Super Lemon Haze since 2012. Since it appears you do not know how to take a complement, you can rest assured I won't be sending any more your way...
I know it doesn't get translated that well through messaging, but I was politely asking. I wasn't sure if you had just made a mistake or not, because I didn't see any other reference to Super Lemon Haze, on this thread. The closest thing to it were my pics of Super Silver Haze, so that's why I thought you might have made a mistake.

With higher amounts of co2, your plants will be able to handle higher temps. In fact, the temps need to be higher than usual for the plants to be able to absorb the extra co2. That's one of the advantages, if you're having trouble keeping your space cool.

What? I use HPS and LED and even a little fluro and at times a large CFL. (they all have their place)

You made a claim and I'm just seeing if you had a reason for that claim or if it was just your belief. With the defensive weird attack I'm guessing you don't have any relevant data to support. (like I did for Maize).
I'm all for growers having a belief of what works but I also like proof of what works and I don't think there is a problem with that..Not sure why you do...
Transpiration and temp seems to me to play more of a roll than temp itself, I would of been interested in something a little easier to control.

The English language may not be precise but, pointing out a mistake when someone gives you a complement rather than I don't know, saying thank you, suggests you seriously struggle with communication or you are a troll. Your assumption that I was mistaken instead of simply asking why I referenced the offspring of your strain gave you away. Save your false indignation for someone who GAF!

Maybe you should just troll the maize growers forum?

Penis.

I'm sorry but when you say information as fact but then have nothing to back up the claim when asked and then get all weirdly confrontational about it..it kinda reflects on the person (or teenager) behind the keyboard.

I'm not sure why you seem to want to turn a light mover thread into a "what light is best" debate. Light movers are used by all types of light growers.

Troll much? (No answer is needed.)

I back up every claim necessary... Keep whining instead of accepting. Your posts show you're a troll! This thread had served it's purpose before you joined it to tell us your important facts about maize. There is already a shitshow thread about which light is best... (You post there too!) No need to turn this into one too!

PAR is PAR. Penetration is penetration. Heat is heat.
