Light Question

I thought I was having humidity trouble with my yield lab clone tent setup but it turns out my light was way too strong.

I have
- tent 32"x32"x24" yield lab clone tent
- an auto fill humidifier that keeps the tent at 95%.
- reptile heater keeps the tent at 75 with 2x pc fans to keep the air moving when the heater is on
- root riot cubes with gel in 2x trays
- 2x cameras so I can check in

Now the light I have no idea what to put in here. I can't really find anything that fills the space with adequate light for 7-14 day rooting time yet doesn't cause them to droop from too much light. What should I use in my 2ft tall tent.

Also If someone could check the moles of light over the top of their cuts with a par meter and post the answer that would help the most.

Thanks In advanced

a pair, or two pairs, of the 24" tubular under-the-cabinet flors from homedepot... or a few 42w CFLs from target.. or a few of the 11w LEDs from walmart..
ditch the humidity thing.. it's not necessary to make the whole tent humid.. Spend the $5 buy a 7" tall dome. get two, put one over each 1020 tray. the heater wont needed b/c any of the 3 types of lights i mentioned above, will generate enough heat in yuur small space.. redirect one PC fan exhaust and the other for general circulation.. one PC fan should be dedicated to exhausting stale air.. might actually just be able to get by with just the 1 pc fan exhausting..
leave the lights and fans on 24/0.. no need to turn anything off man.. (unless the temps get too cold, then stop venting for a while.. you'll have to play with it a bit due to small size of the area, and however warm or cold the area is that the tent is at.. )
for decades, ive used 4' shoplights, or just set some trays off to the side or far corner in a veg room, out of direct light from the 1k's.. rooting cuttings dont need much light, like, just african violet levels.. cuttings just need the proper conditions, which when put under a dome and placed in a small confined space with some CFL's, is perfectly provided.. no worries.. cloning is the easiest step of this whole process :)
