Looks kinda small for 5 weeks? Maybe a some more light? Could lower it a bit or add some supplemental smaller lights in the sides

I'm using a 1000w hps with 4 23w cfls to supplement. This is my first ever grow and I think I have stunted them more then a few times I have also changed my setup and type of lights many times I finally got all the gear setup to run a 1000w light so my setup is there now my next grow should be 10x better I also just used miracle grow soil and mg bloom boost next time I'm gonna try promix with a good line of nutes any recommendations??

your cfl's are redundant while burning a 1k hps, put'm back in the closet.
I've gone full circle for a decade. The very best experience I found was organic fertilizing
using only promix. I settled on Organicare dry fertilizer, cost me less than 4 bucks for the life cycle of a plant and
I've never seen fuller plant expression, or any cheaper, easier, safer, more natural/clean way to fertilize indoors.

CFL doesn't do anything alongside a 1000w hps??

a metal halide is a complement to our flowers, and some led/uv supplementation is swell too. But really,
your plant will grow to its weakest resource. That isnt the 1000hps. If you got some cash you need to spend
invest in cooling, heating, c02, air movement/exchange, high quality substrate, proven organic fertilizers and a dehumidifier.
If those controls are out of balance you limit your bud potency/yield and plant health.

I was just pulling your leg about the pics...didnt seem like you needed any other advice....

peace

So in other words I have done well?? This is my first and I have followed all advice I have found online and this is my result so far. I have an ac unit going which exchanges air and dehumidifies as well, 4 fans for air movement, I got my temp at 25 degrees Celsius during lights on and down as low as 15.5 celcuius during lights off to being out colour. Humidity is at 35-40% lights on and around 50% with lights off.
