My plant is about 6 & a half weeks old. It still Hasn’t shown any pre-flowers yet. Just wanted to know if I switch the light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12, will that show pretty flowers? And another not so important question.. I know it’s a hybrid but is it Sativa dominant or Indica dominant?E212EE17-8047-4DD4-B52F-BBECFDD8532A.jpeg

Im at 6 1/2 weeks old myself and am barely starting to show pre-flowers now (usually it can take anywhere from 7-12 days to show after switching over to flower cycle) and i recently started 12/12 cycle last week. It can just take some time. It looks indica dominant to me. But ultimately its up to you, depends on big you want your plant. It can double or even triple in size once you start flowering.

Thanks. And when did start giving your plant bloom nutes?

Flip the script and drop to 12/12 ...lt will sex out and set up preflowers. It takes 7 - 10 days for transition. Keep feeding her veg Nutes until second week of flowering. Plant will continue to use nitrogen for branching and more growth. She WILL stretch around week 2 of flowering.

I usually hit her with bloom around week 2 .....

That's without a doubt indica dominant, the leaves are very indica-like. As long as it has alternating nodes then it's ready to be put into flower, it will do its thing when you flip the switch

I do think I see a banana in the middle picture but it is kinda blurry (and I certainly wouldn't make any decision about it yet). But more importantly, how long has it been since you've looked at your leaves with a good magnifying glass or microscope? I see a whole lot of dots on your leaves. It could be anything, but I'd take a really good look.

Sorry for the late response But the first few weeks of the plant’s life I was growing it outside and spotted leaves(the lower leaves) were from when it was outdoors.. but since putting it indoors the quality of the leaves have change (no spots)
