Light Dep

Hi y'all,
Trying to see if this would be worth my time to try. I live in Southeast Alaska where it's cloudy and rains most of the time. My questions is this. if I vegged my plants indoors then brought them into a hoop house where the environment was controlled using dehumidifiers, fans, AC, and heaters if needed, would light dep
Work here , even with cloudy conditions? I know it works well up north of me in the matinuska valley, but they get more sunlight up there in the summer than I do here. I don't know if it's necessarily brighter or not , or if that's even possible cause I'm under the impression the sun is bright everywhere, but they for sure have more daylight hours in the summer than we do here. I'm just wondering if I started the flower process June and flowered during the summer months when we get 16 hours of daylight a day, and I blacked them out and forced them to flower, would they mature and be fat sticky dense buds or not. Thanks in advance ! Hope someone can help.

if light was the only factor in maturing fat sticky dense buds I'd say yes. I have friends in Alaska with similar lighting outdoors and they rock it with some extra care

Yea I would be covering the rest of the environment aspects but I've been told that it's not bright enough here and I'd need supplemental light added. I can see that being the case maybe in October , but if I'm flowering them in July or August, I would think that it would be bright enough to get good heavy chromed up buds. Just seeing what yo all think .
