I as thinking of purchasing from them, wehn i looked up reviews and seen this. From what I have seen on their facebook. The support staff sound quote childish. Have you received your order?

They did send me an email saying that due to recent legalization in some states they are having a hard time keeping up with orders.

Thats not an excuse. Hire more people or get out of business. They have been using that lame excuse for a month now. Not gonna wait a month or more to MAYBE get some seeds..

Also, they have no problem trying to drum up more business on facebook a day ago. For a company that is in such dire straights they are making their current customers wait a month..shouldnt be trying to find MORE customers to wait a month.

Shit, If I could have used Attitude I would have but they're not taking cc's and if I had mailed my payment in, which I don't trust doing, I would probably have to wait even longer. They said to wait 8-10 days before they process the order, I'm not going to complain until after that.

I order my seeds from gyo.green a cpl hours ago..Let's see how it goes. They have a live chat function which I like. I missed one of the seeds packages I wanted notice a few minutes after the sale went thru. I asked to revise they said no..im self employed I would have done it for my customers..I ended up having to make a new order n pay double shipping..But let's see how they do with processing time.

I could have expidited the issue..I just talked to the live chat person bout it. But it's 8 bucks..My time is worth more than that..Emailing back n forth..Etc etc...I hope it all goes smoothly..

12 days later, not shipped yet. I emailed them yesterday, notice I gave them 11 days just to be fair. I got an automated reply that says they're closed on the weekend and they will reply on Monday...Really, you're so backlogged and yet you take fucking weekends off, unbelievable!

I ordered the day I made that post gyo.green . And they were out for shipment a day and a half later. I almost went with supreme..Glad I didn't, I hope for your sake they send yours soon. To any future ppl looking at this thread. Do not go with supreme go with gyo.green

They're running more like 15-20 days behind. Simon replied to my email.
Sticking to American seedbanks from now on. I've placed and received 3 orders here in the US, and seedsupreme hasnt even sent them yet lol

I agree Pistil, it's looking around that time frame if 15-20 days. I've read up in their site reviews and thought everyone will have a complaint but I still wanted to check them out. Simon got back to me as well so I will stick and see how they are when I receive the beans. Hopefully fem and they all hatch as well. I haven't really noticed and notable banks in the U.S. Please pm me if you know any ones that are resourceful and good variety. Thanks and I'll keep you guys updated on this order.

Hahah, so your order was on 1/17 and shipped out today when mine was ordered on 1/21 and Simon told me It will ship out Monday 2/6 so 15 days to ship out including 10 days pending....im just curious why so long??? Herbies sent my previous order out and it took a little over a week to get.

So to clear things up it will take about 15 days total to ship out with initial date ordered. Hopefully it ships out 2/6. I'll keep you guys updated.
