Heeeeeelp

1000 watt hps light with a hood
4×4×7 tent
Fox farm trio for nutes
2 8in inline fans for fresh air
2 stationary fans inside clipped to poles
1 440 CFM exhaust hooked to the carbon filter
Temp stays between 68(off) and 100(Never goes this hot for long)
Week 9 starts tomorrow...been flowering since the end of week 4....

Had a pretty bad case of Nute Burn on one of my plants about weeks ago... but the portions of the fan leaves that did not burn are now turning a very bright green and the buds don't seem to be suffering. Now a week later I am starting to see these spots on one of my plants (madman og). Theres even curling of some leaves and discoloration on another plant.(vortex)
After experiencing the nute Burn on the one plant I did a flush of all 5. It was time for me to use Sledgehammer flush anyway.
I returned back to regular nutrient schedule 5 days ago.

In order for your crispy critter to be nute-burnt you would have had to use a spray bottle to nute-water her. Nute burns are usually seen at the bottom of the plant where you pour the water.

Good luck, BigSteve.

Why are you using two 8" fans for inlets? How hot is room that tent is in? Also, what is Humidity in room and tent?
Pics of whole setup would be good.
Nute burn will show up on leaves. What strength are you using?

Edit: I was only able to see 2 of your pics. So if your whole set up was in one of the missing pics I apologize for asking

600W in a 4x4 is plenty heat for me to manage. 750W may be a bit too much. But it definitely looks like heat stress.

I guess I just wanted to make sure they got enough fresh air... The room honestly probably doesn't get over 70 degrees... It gets down to the 60's at night

This is a setup but this is an old picture.
Is your light hood air cooled? Can't see it in the picture. Can you vent outside that room?
If you can use most of your air movement to pull air out of your room, then let the negative pressure pull the cooler air into your room.

No its a reflector type hood....not an air cooled set up...i have it right by the exhaust ...and the window is always open and only 6 feet away

Ok, you have pretty much all you need to control those temps already with the exception of an air cooled hood. My tent is only 36"W X 20"D X 52"H I run a 400w HID with cool tube and a 260 cfm booster fan blowing air over the bulb. I keep the A/C on in my apartment and the temp in the tent never exceeds 77 degrees.
