It's not hidden at all, my friend. Nor is it restricted to behind prison walls. I will acknowledge however, that prison may be the about the easiest place to practice (and get away with) it.

How exactly to you get away with racism in prison? What is it that one race has over another in there? Who's privileges are being denied more while the government denies all your priviledges?

My brother is doing 15-37 for assault it's not just black people who get fucked sure more black people get fucked but you make it about black people Hispanic and Caucasian people won't back you. Think we want our families in prison for minor crimes?

Because even the Hispanic are racist of blacks? But they don't love white people in prison either. Blacks are just as bad in prison as any other race.
The thing they should do is not allow racism in a correctional facility but it won't be easy with how far it's gone. But that just goes to show black people don't get fucked too much worse just about the same number of Hispanics in prison and do we really have less black than Hispanic?

The goal should be restitution and rehabilitation.
Sticking a person in a hole and breaking them doesn't help anyone.
Not only should the victim be made whole, the person that did the crime needs to be able to come out and be a contribution to society.
Its not just black people, I've dealt with the corrupt system.
They prey on the weak and poor. Easy convictions.

The poor hands down first time my brother got in trouble 10k for a lawyer and got a slap on the wrist. Second time which wasn't even as bad as the first time only my dad had died and couldn't afford a lawyer he got smoked.
And black people who have money get it easy as well Michael Vick, OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson, etc.
If you can't afford a lawyer don't matter what race you are you are getting fucked.

The da looked at me and said I was guilty because the other people filed a warrant first. Tried to scare me by saying he was going for the max unless I pled guilty and took probation.
I started to because I was young and scared that about getting the max.
The judge was a marine judge advocate along with being a regular city judge. He knew I was prior military.
He covered the mic and said he couldn't let me plead guilty and I needed a lawyer.
A few thousand and a lawyer later I'm innocent.
Doesn't matter if I was not not. I wasn't guilty though. The outcome would've been the same.
How is that right. The only difference was money.
I also had trumped up charges where a sheriff deputy lied and put a class b felony on me. I told he couldn't do that. He said he was the police and he could do what he wants.
I can't say more than that due to a non disclosure agreement.
