Been growing autos for years but just built a stealth cab early this year and want to utilize all of my space as efficiently as possible. Anyone have any success scrogging autos or is lst the best way to go??

I'm a newer grower, but here's what I'm doing with my Blue Mystic auto.... I LST'd only the main stalk, then just spread out the bottom branches (with velcro strips) to form a makeshift ScrOG. It's about 16" tall on the main cola, all lower nodes are about 12" ... I have a large CFL over the lower nodes, and regular mini CFL surrounding the main cola(s). There are some big buds in here, and I still have weeks to go. With the velcro strips, they attach right to the smart pot, so it's easy to adjust branches to fit the cabinet. (I'm in a pretty small space) Here's what it looks like, around day 60. Most stuff I've read say to not even LST them, but I don't care

OH, I don't either! Got a SCH I bent over on herself, and have decided to lst most if not all six gals I got running...check out the progress (last 2, maybe three pages of current grow link in my sig...got about six main tops now and three to four still under the canopy...been tucking leaves to get light to them...think these are gonna really perform.

You don't want to try and top ANY auto as there is no time in veg room to recover before flip since they flip themselves...Yes to save space, ESP. height -wise (SCH is supposed to get up 6' or so if left alone) LST it! I Have just been pulling branches away from the others I have started (and tucking big leaves), not sure about bending anymore, but who knows?

Any stress to an auto is bad because of there growth. If you top your autos early enough they will not slow down due to being topped. I grew out a northern light and a blueberry the northern light took to the topping very well, the blueberry I topped to late and suffered on yields. This was also my first grow, my northern lights gave me roughly 4.5 ounces of nice dense buds.
