Colorado Banned Gummie Edibles

It makes sense to me. I made some gummies a couple months ago and just eating two will get the average person toasted, If a child got a hold of them and ate a handful they would be fucked.

There was a story on the news here in Hawaii recently where a "Company" was selling medicated fruit roll ups and a bunch of high schoolers were sent to the hospital because it made them sick. Thats a whole other issue though, because we have no dispensary program here and therefore no testing or quality standards like they have in Co.

I can see why they banned it really, it looks too much like candy and can easily fool children among others into taking Cannabis in most cases I would assume, by accident. Kind of unfortunate though, but hey. Maybe if they drew a joint gummy from it's lips it would give a good indication of it's purpose? Haha, at least it's still legal most everywhere else as far as i'm aware for Gummies and Cannabis mixed together.

Dumb law. There have been gummy shaped vitamins for years which would be much worse for children to eat a ton of as they could actually be potentially fatal. If we can trust people to keep those safe, we should be able to trust people to keep their pot gummies out of reach as well. You shouldn't be leaving ANY drugs/medicine around where kids can get it.
