What is the best true aeroponic system on the market?

The CA uses nozzles that are very prone to clogging, $10 each is way over the odds. AA is the best for droplet size, coverage and has the fewest components, downside is its the most expensive if you need stealth. If noise isnt a concern, it costs about the same as an accumulator driven hpa.

I'm sure you're right. I'll post a reveiw when I get it in and do a grow on it. If it sucks then it sucks no biggie. I can always change parts. I'm doing drain the waste.

Hi, everyone. If money is an issue, I built my HPA for about $450. It will take 32 seeds to 32 plants in 10 days. Beat that! And I haven't had one nozzle clog.

By the way, I'm giving a free course on how to build your own aeroponics system which will include my schematics, parts list, and assembly diagram along with videos of me building it. Signup for the free video here: http://aeroponicsdiy.com

My HPA was $270, the AA was a little cheaper at $230. The rotary AA is my most expensive setup so far, it cost around $500 including the chamber. I have a 32 pot amazon system that morphed into a 120psi hpa cloner, early veg chamber, i bought it off a mate for $60 including a spare 16-pot lid. $22 for hpa nozzles/fittings, i had a spare pump (aquatec 6800) and a spare cycle timer, total spend $82.

Why are you going with "True" or HPA? I've run both HPA and LPA or "FAG" side by side a few times and HP is definitely not worth all the effort. The only real difference between HPA and LPA is slightly higher yields from HPA. Like 5 % more in the end, but you have to put in like 50% more work, hmmm, why bother. On a small scale its fine to run HPA, but not on a large scale, but I don't know why you'd want to other than the fact that it will make you look like a scientist to your friends. There's just too many variables to control in HPA with not enough added value. Low pressure is simple as fuck and almost as good of a system. If cost is an issue you should not even consider aero, just do a simple dirt grow if you're strapped for cash cause aero is expensive to set up whether you are going LP or HP.

I like the stinkbud system, but am DIY challenged. What do?
Dude my kindergartener could build it. Buy the "Harvest a Pound" ebook by StinkBud off Amazon. Its the best of the information in one place, well at least most of it. Its only $10 bucks and its a great way to show @StinkBud some love for all the love he has showed us.

I don't know AK, I think a low maintenance HPA system can be achieved... if clogging is an issue, well use filters... If you already do, use finer ones... Roots speak for themselves, and roots within an LPA system look almost the same as within an NFT which is easier and cheaper to set up. Plus, if you run HPA as DTW, your solution will always be pure and balanced which in my book means less work... If you were to run LPA as DTW well, you'd be spending a ton on nutes, even if they're homebrewed...

Good info @BobMoses.

Like I said, I really like doing HPA grows and truly think they are the coolest grows around. I will def do more side by sides in the future, but for whatever reason I could not see any improvement in quality, and only about 5% higher yields.

I am sure HPA can be accomplished with less maintenance than I did, but in comparison to my LPA/NFT setup, there just seemed to be something going wrong with the HPA while everything always kept going smooth with the LPA/NFT setup.

I am pretty stoked on the fact that I use about 10% of the nutes that I used when I was in soil, but I am well aware that I could spend even less on them with HPA.

I am all about figuring our a way to make HPA work for me on a commercial level to help keep my nute costs down, but I am definitely not there yet. I am leaning in the direction of setting up my commercial with my LPA/NFT set up just supersized, and trying to dial in HPA in my personal grow. SO I'll be hitting you up to gather any knowledge I can from you on the subject. I am all about research...

Granted these roots are no HPA roots, but I cant complain at all with my LPA/NFT roots either.
