garbage oil doesn't smell or taste good.. also.. winterizing can also take away lots of monoterpenes .. making a more bland oil and a lot of people don't know how to purge to properly save the terpenes but get out the butane. and a lot of people JUST DONT CARE.. lol huge grows.. do huge batches.. and they only care about 1 thing.. yield.. and getting the cash. so.. a lot of them don't give a shit about anything and purge crappy and end up giving a horrible name to bho..

but.. good bho.. is an indicater that it was good weed.. if it stinks threw the jar.. and its a half g of oil. its GOOD NUG RUN.

I dont care how good some on is at making a run... you'll never captured the whole profile of a high without the plant matter :)

This is true. I run with pure nugs. A .3 dab will knock me on my ass with a little too much anxiety. Oddly enough, smoking weed again after taking a dab takes away the anxiety! Mostly because dabs are so fucking high in thc.

dabs are unnatural, decent buds have 20%+ thc, dabs are running at 90%+. I see people complaining about getting a high tolerance to dabs or having panic attacks (whitey) and just shake my head, isn't it obvious why?

just to clarify, is it because of a high thc to cbd ratio?

Sorry buddy but it looks recreational to me and I can't really see a cancer patient dabbing smoke some hash you get to the same place whether its medical or recreational or even a joint no need for dabs when your dieing I wouldn't want to cough like that when I'm dieing anyway.

But I don't care people shoot up heroin, coke, meth etc. dabbing is better and safer. bongsmilie

I have noticed that but for a while I thought bubble tasted about same but when I ran a run from just 1 plant oh my God that shit tasted better than any hash I've ever had in my life and way better than the flowers it came from but yeah an eighth of bud will stink out a car but a gram of hash not too much.

But I like hash better cause it tastes better not that I won't roll a joint though.:bigjoint:

Proper vacuum purged BHO fresh frozen tastes better and smells better than the flower. Period.

As for the high, concentrates are more potent than flower by weight but as for the synergistec effects of terpenes and plant material with the THC I can't attest. I do know there is value to the "other" parts of the plant.

I've shifted my opinion a bit on this. Extracts are becoming more popular here and the people making them are getting better at it. There are lots of terps in well made oils. In the past I never saw anything particularly well made and I'm not inclined to try making such things myself for the liability reasons.

Your saying I can turn the super buildup of sludge and syrup in my bong into happy caps? Cuz my bong is dirty as hell, and I have considered a time or 2 everclearing it (how i normally clean it) and trying to salvage the oil.... always thought it would be more work than reward.... You sir have me interested...

Your dabbing at okay temps.
I have like 10 nails I use and they all have give off a different hit. (I.e. Taste, size, smoothness.)
Maybe try a different nail. I find Quartz and ceramic to be pretty smooth but that's my opinion.
Chances your wax/shatter is what's harsh. Find a new connect or try making it yourself
Make sure it's make with n-butane
Make sure it's purged completly
Make sure you arnt getting ripped off.
Trim run can be harsh and not get you as high
