yeah, i've run that super skunk as well, and same results, straight up road skunk smell.. you're the only one i've read who's also grown it and had the same results..
that's about the same time i ran the ss fwiw..

I have 3 or 4 weeks left on southern star seeds skunkstar its a cross of super skunk and red hair skunk then crossed again with a unnamed 90's skunk strain. all I can say so far is am very impressed super stinky in veg and pest resistant had mites on another strain besides the skunk and they would not touch it super easy to grow zero problems allround. and she is very frosty clones super easy had 100% success rate on the clones I took, just cant wait to smoke her will post a smoke report when I do.

I just finished some cheese bomb that required double filters at the end. It is foul. A small nug stinks the whole house up. It has a fruity, cheesey, skunk smell.That sounds like weed i want to smoke. I smelled some blue cheese once that smelled like old socks and i got it right away. It was way to foul to pass up
I think I am done with cheese and skunk strains.

Have you ever tried Kandy Kush from RP. It is over the top skunky, I am running a pack now to see if it is the same. I got 6 Golden Lemon freebies and I just flipped them a few days ago, but yes, they have a strong odor in veg. I got a lemon juice pheno that is promising, but the one you described seemes to be the one! I just ordered Crockett's Tangie and Sour Kush today.

Its not a road kill skunk but I would try seedsman Hawaiian skunk. I would say their skunk 1 is good and they make a skunk mix pack.
Thier hawaiin skunk is good. I've grow some of their other gear. Uniform plants that match the description.
I can't for sure on every strain they carry but everything I've run from them has been good and on point.

Don't get me wrong, I love strong offensive smoke but its not good for stealth.

Its something to consider. I've had the power go out a couple times. With out that filter scrubbing the smell can get out.

I have. My friend found a bag seed out of some Kandy he bought from Colorado. It was phenomenal to say the least, lost my cut when I was moving. Had a skunky pine-sol smell with a hint of that train wreck must. Very potent indeed.
On another note, I actually just tossed my sour kush cut. It was VERY diesel dominant, while that's nice she was very finicky and would flower out under any sign of stress. I really want to try some sour kosher by them, I'm really liking the Kosher traits in my lemon crosses, they remind me a lot of my white fire when I was getting the cuts dialed in. Vigor and stench with strong branching and big dark green leaves. Sounds like my kind of girl

I've been running testing for some of their beans my past few runs, ime so far, their gear is pretty good. Has bag appeal, smell, and yield. We'll see if potency matches, but all advanced seeds seems to have whatever skunk they're using in every one of their crosses lol. The only seedbank I've found with genetics that are harder to trace though is feminized seeds.
I honestly think they're the same company lol. I've run a couple strains by both recently and they all turn out looking a little similar. This is one of their autos.

The key to the thread is interpreting what the OP meant by "strongest", I don't think he means the stinkiest, but the most powerful in its effects. In that regard, PeakSeedsBC's Sweet Skunk, Skunkberry, Northern Skunk, Kush Skunk and Texada Skunk all have positive reviews on this forum. Very good prices and service too, and since the parents are well-worked and true-breeding, the crosses are true F1s (not typical polyhybrid mess like the big pollen chuckers, cough excuse me, "breeders" make).
