so give her10 weeks? I don't wanna mess this one up the first one I did a lot of things wrong ... I'm kinda learning from my mistakes with this one ..lol...
LOL...maybe? Its typically strain specific with enviro factors thrown in along the way. Do you know the strain? If so, look it up and see what the recommended flower time is. THEN, when you get to that date/day start using the trichs, hairs and overall appearance as the gauge. Does that make sense?

That's a beautiful plant.
She is going to need another 6 weeks , at least, of your love and care.
Your doing good. Keep reading and researching. Everything you need to know about growing is online somewhere.
Best of luck.
Peace

9 weeks is a fairly good baseline date for lots of strains...its a great point at which to start paying close attention to the ripeness. Anyway, looking good my friend. Are you using LEDs?

she is exactly 4 weeks .that's when the hairs started to show....
If ya have the bucks to spare, you could get yourself a 100x (minimum) USB microscope camera - preferably one that takes movies - and then monitor your trichomes' appearance. I've used one for several grows and it's one more source for info so I can decide when it's harvest time. It also kinda fun to periodically zoom in on the bud development. It's such a cool plant!

Anyway, they can be had for 50 to 80 bucks on amazon. But check the comments and reviews because there are some whose optics and features are shit and others that are excellent for the price.
