need help with plants deficiency

hi guys
I'm moved to a country which cannabis IS a crime, and i have to buy it from street dealers (which is very dangerous and shit quality) or grow my own medicine. I don't want to get back to chemical pills for my condition. cannabis was helping me lot before and i see no reason to stop using it.

anyway
the problem is I'm a total newb to grow stuff, I've been reading articles, watching youtube videos, spending tons of times browsing rollitup and other forums and i think i can do it.

this plant is a feminized 20 days old Northern lights in coco started from seed in a 100cmx40cmx150cm self made grow tent.
at first i used a CFL bulb until day 7 of the sprout and then placed her on the tent under a 300 watt (~140 real watt) LED grow light

everything was just fine before couple of days ago.

temperature when lights on is about 28 'C
and humidity is about 70 to 80 % (its raining every day here !)
no nutrient used until day 10 and then i used a two part powder hydroponic nutrient (not famous) and fed her with 400ppm whenever the pot felt dry. (i know i'm supposed to water more often in coco but i took the safe side because its 100% coco and i thought maybe it doesn't hold as much air as the coco you guys are using holds)

3 days ago when symptoms were appearing I flushed coco to 200ppm (which now i know was dumb)
so as you may guess it gets even worst (second picture which is taken minutes ago)

I have three guesses here:
1. calcium magnesium deficiency (but calcium deficiency doesn't start from lower leaves right ?)
2. nitrogen deficiency which is more reasonable considering I flushed it to 200ppm recently
3.ph problem (I don't have any ph meter, just purchased it online, it will arrive in 4-5 days)

any advice and help would be appreciated, i want to keep this plant alive and take clones of her because otherwise i have to purchase seeds online and wait almost a month for it to reach my door, fast huh?

Not sure if the light is just bad. Pics 2 and 3 look very similar to root rot. Are those edges actually white?

Do you have perlite in your coco? Humidity is a problem here too so I went 50/50 coco/perlite and have not had any problems. I did find coco took a long time to dry out especially when we would have 90+ RH when it was raining (and it rains here for days).

I was not thinking about root rot but you're right outlier this could be it. I mean with high humidity it makes sense and the medium is always wet.
i water her once in 2-3 days.

but when i was transplanting at day 13-14 her roots was healthy and nearly root bound
How can i check the roots ? is it possible to just dig in coco and see how roots are doing ?

no perlite used, just 100% coco
about the edges of leaves its more like white-brown-orange

Thanks m8 its not soil, its coco how can i make sure its the drainage problem and what are the steps to fix root rot ?
should i trim the dead leaves ?

I found my coco would hold water for weeks in that sort of humidity. Especially when plants were young and weren't drinking much.

I'd definitely look into some perlite mate. That sort of RH is going to be a nightmare inside.

40% humidity and my hempy bucket dries out in 2 days. 80-90% RH and it's wet for a least a week. This is outside.

How did it start? First sign of root root is a really bright white colour. Left untreated the whole plant will droop and die. I lost a few plants to root rot in 100% coco and humidity like yours. It rained for 2 weeks non stop and RH outside was never under 95 lol

I will always use perlite from now on. At least in the early days until the plants are bigger and have a nice root ball that drinks more. If it rains here it rains and temp sits right on the dew point so RH is always through the roof. Just can't/won't risk it again.

i check plants everyday and almost never dry !
That must be it

what should i do to keep her alive ?
on next grows I will mix 50/50 perlite but what about this ? should I just toss her ?

at first the leaves were bright green and on the edges were discolorations and turing to yellow
I think i made the root rot even worst when some days ago I flushed her pot in fear of nutrient burn.
after that damage was nearly increasing for 2 days, but now its kinda slowed down
I didnt water her for 4-5 days

Yellow is probably a good sign. I didn't see any yellowing on mine. It was exactly like that pic I posted above. It started on the jagged edges and worked its way in. About 1/2 way up the plant. A hideous white colour that will haunt me forever

You should be right once it settles into the new pot. When you water drain it really well. Tilt the pot for a while to get rid of the residual water. Coco holds water well. Especially 100%. I'm using it on an outdoor plant and can go without watering it for well over a week and it's fine (about 2ft tall). This is in 30c + temps every day as well. The shiz can hold some water. Better than my soil that's for sure when treating it the same.

Don't toss it, its not that bad and its a good learning experience. I would leave it be for awhile allow the coco to dry a bit then you start using your fert again. Start with low ppm see how they respond then raise the ppm as needed. its easier to add more then it is to take it out. Don't cut off the damaged leaves. you can cut off the damaged parts of the leaf. but as long as they're green the plant can use them..
