Getting seeds from a feminised plant

Hi, everyone. So I want to get some Barney Farms L.S.D seeds and they only offer feminised seeds on the site I'm getting them from. Midsongweek, which is the only trusted site I've come across that has both sativa seeds full moon and l.s.d in stock. I'm getting regular seeds for the full moon bc I want to breed a male and a female to get a bunch of seeds instead of having to constantly order online. I would like to do the same with the Barney farms but they only have feminised seeds.

I've read about breeding a mother plant with a stressed hermie clone to get seeds. Is this a good way to go about it? Will the seeds still be stable?

Also I want to breed the L.S.D with the Full Moon and make something else. Is is better to breed from mother plants? Or will the same thing be achieved with breeding from clones? Thanks for any replies.

It doesn't matter if it's a clone or a mother plant.
